I bought this neclace for my partner as a surprise. I found that I could not give it to her and bought her another as a gift. When I contacted Desmonia about the mix-up, she promptly sent me an IM informing that she would refund my money from the original purchase. She even offered to send my partner a gift boxed set since she had a record of two payments. Since i had sent the second pruchase as a gift there was not problem.
