With your purchase you will receive 4 nose piercings all together. Two are in silver and the other 2 are in black...you get 4 because they are set to attach to your chin or your mouth. They are both copyable and modifiable.
You will also receive a posestand to help you with modifying without having your avitar move all over the place.
Please note there is no refunds and Enchanting Silhouettes is not responsible for items deleted by SL, you will need to contact LL.
