You just add it and fit it to your nose and people can click it and it'll start counting how many times they've kissed your nose. Make sure you get it all set up the way you want it first because if you change anything in the scripting like the color of the hearts, it resets itself. I personally make copies of the same one on all my diff avatars and have it shaped so it will fit on any head I use, that way no matter what I'm wearing the counts are the same. I even link it to some of my avatars to save on attachments.
It does allow spam clicking. I wanted it like that, but I thought I should put that here in case you don't want that.
Included is a gif showing the menu that comes up when you click it yourself and you can choose to have it list who's kissed ya how many times. It doesn't spam local chat, only you can see it.
