I use a Human avatar and this is very cute. It wiggles the nose, as the name suggests. You can simply attach a 2-motion wiggle or a 3-motion wiggle or use one of the included standalone animation files. (I don't quite know what to do with those yet, but I have not read the documentation, either.)
I would recommend this to a friend.

Got this for my Lel Raven head, knowing it wasn't intended for human heads xd it works, not too realistic (obviously) but still very very cute! I've seen it on another lel head which looked even cuter, so it may depend on your shape too. Leaving this review for human avi's - it's a winner for me.
