This is a Nice Novelty Item TV. When You sit on it It starts an animation that puts you In the TV, Changes your Point of View to Look at the screen with you in the TV, and pops up a Hud that lets you do a few cute animations like sticking out your tongue.
It is a Bit Buggy. When someone else sits in the TV the owner sometimes also gets animated with the chosen animations and I've had people sit in it that say their point of view gets out of whack and they can't see themselves.
