===================1. FEATURES=======================

The Stargate Status Obelisk's main purpouse is to visually show the status of
any Alteran Stargate on ANY network from ANYWHERE in the same sim as the
Stargate. This obelisk uses llRegionSay(); once it is rezzed to get the status of
your gate, and then whenever the gate updates it's status, your obelisks are
notified and change color accordingly. But, just changing color isnt that cool,
is it? We made it fade into whatever the next color is, instead of just flashing
to the next color. This makes it look a tiny bit more realistic, and a whole lot cooler.

Red = Incoming
Blue = Dialed in
Green = Dialing
White = Idle
Grey = Offline

===================2. SETUP==========================

At OEE, we like to make most things Rez-'n'-Go, which means zero configuration
on your part unless you want special features. When you rezz it, your obelisk is
already set up. There are no extra configuration options. But if you want to
modify the obelisk, heres some stuff you need to know.

The perms on this are followed:

Prims - Mod,Copy,No Trans
Contents - No mod, copy, no trans

This makes it show up as no mod, no trans in inventory but the prims are modifyable
so you can make it how you want. Also, the sound when status changes is in the
middle prim of the obelisk, so if you want to change the sound just remove the old one
and drop in a new one.

I would suggest you dont link the obelisks together unless you remove the bottom and middle prims completely,
the scripts in the top prim fire off link messages on new status, so you could feasibly keep
ONE middle prim, the bottom prim is fairly pointless in a linked configuration.
