Sandalphon is a fully functional vehicle which has an ability of crossing SIMs (*1), it also has a large residential space. It flies to the sky with many passenger by rocket power. It can be hovered in the air by changing the angle of the main rocket engine of both sides.
It uses the same controls as an avatar uses in flight, so you'll find it is easy to fly.

Both a home and a ship
The only words I have for the first look at it when I toured one was stunning. The outside is a somewhat retro appeal ship while the inside is really tastefully done, with a bar and piano and table with tv, and some chair so you can lounge and watch or guests can watch the thing speed along. It even has a helipad with a vehicle for landing there. The pole is a fun way to get off and it's an enjoyable thing to fly, live in and show off.
But I do have nitpicks. For one, the bar and other stuff is scaled for a non-standard proportioned avatar, so my prim measure 5' 8" avatar looks ridiculous. Other items appear scaled correctly for prim measures and yet, you will want a close in over the shoulder camera setting or it will feel very small inside. To get inside you could walk through the sliding doors or use a teleport pad, which you need to get up to the control deck. The prim usage is a bit high if I'm honest. I love the look but I would prefer to see this with some external stairs or something for the cockpit, a bit more interior space and in mesh to get the LI down lower while still keeping the fabulous looks of it.
At its cost it was a noticeable hit on the pocketbook inworld, but at the end of the day I'm overall pleased with it and enjoy having it, flying it and using it as a home, so I feel it gets a decent rating from me.

I collect ships and this will be one of the last I add to the collection for awhile because it becomes a costly hobby. I write these reviews to help other potential buyers.
Over-all I love this ship, its furnished and has a very nice interior so makes a great party boat. I'd love to see 15-20 people crammed on board just chilling on it as a social hub. The interior is again very nice and classic which goes well with the high-tech and very unique exterior.
I have to give 4/5 stars however because as some have mentioned it flies a little jerky, the price is $3.2k, 473/prims (both high! even by my standards but worth it.), *** I learned the piano can be rez'd via menu along with some other features so I must re-write my review some! Doh! Earlier I said it wasn't there but its all there! Sorry, try to be accurate as possible. :D
Still I am happy and content adding this one to the fleet im glad to see something getting away from the star-trek and starwars styles of ships and this one is truly unique and rare. Price is high, but that keeps it rare.

Great ship, very creative design, great texture work and detail, little machinery all over
Others complain about the flight but well non-phys flight is never great. Its a limitation of SL really for ships in this size class, can't blame the ship.
Flies horribly.
This ship is really nice looking. I love how it looks, but I mainly purchased it for flying and it does not do a good job at flying. This things flies around really choppy. For the price, you'd think it would fly smooth. I also purchase this seller's mothership. Now that ship flies smooth... I would get that instead. I gave it two stars because I wanted a flying ship and this thing doesn't fly, it limps.
Beautiful airship, very functional.
This airship flies smoothly, is well scripted, is beautiful to look at and is great for roleplay, full of sneaky little animations so you can literally use ever inch of this ship.
It has no weapons, so isn't for combat, which is fine if like me you don't need combat capabilities.
My only issue with this is the teleporters, they work great, but as a roleplayer, I wish there was a logical way to get to the cockpit/bridge, even if just a ladder or stairs from the hangar.
4 out of 5 stars! Best purchase I have made in a long time.
