[CB]Funk-System3.0-boxed

The [CB]Funk system makes it possible to recieve and send messages in the whole sl. Not only in one sim or in a limited distance. Its a gridwide pager.
You are also able to send teleports and alarms over it.

0) [CB]Server3.0(copy)

* the maximum working number of [CB]Funks for one server is 15
* only work in areas where scripting is allowed
* turns yellow when it is working
* it takes 20 seconds until you can funk again.
* turns green when get resetted
* can say the funkers names that are registrated to it

1) [CB]Funk-'/2 text' - '/2 tp'-'/2 alarm' 3.0(trans) that can send and receive messages and alarms
(funk for the commander)

a) its possible to send to all other persons a message with saying "/2 your text" in local chat
(doesn't matter if the persons are all in different sims, only scripts must be allowed)
b) receive messages from others
(doesn't matter if the persons are all in different sims, only scripts must be allowed)
c) able to send teleports to all other persons with saying "/2 tp" in local chat
d) receive teleports from others
e) its possible to send to all other persons alarm with saying "/2 alarm" in local chat
(doesn't matter if the persons are all in different sims, only scripts must be allowed)
f) blinks after getting a message
g) says when someone come online to the server
h) has an animated display
