Nice looking and good land impact
Looks great and has a very good land impact cost. Sadly I misread as 'modify' when it's only copy. I usually only buy modify so I can adjust colour tones and size if needs be.
If you don't care to modify items to fit the environment better I'm sure it will be a perfect buy!

I was looking for that one piece to finish a land build. I was thrilled how the DaD offsim "Forest of Pines" blended in and looked so real. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and love the details. I have many offsim objects...this one is by far the nicest one out there.... textures are great...Correct Size...that is important I have many islands that are too tiny and look wrong this is so well made and textures are very high quality .... I placed 3 out on the corners of sim and it looks great... better than a surround.
Plus DaD is a awesome maker of stuff here i have many of your builds....
