The [O.L.D.] Tower is the perfect hideout, a romantic spot and a very exclusive way to live - not only for hermits and people who do not like insurance salesmen.

On it´s bottom, the Tower comes with a landing place for smaller boats, a life buoy and a lighted entrance area.
To go up to the living area, there is a mechanical elevator (Teleporter).

Once in around 80 meters height, you will forget the rough sea, because the warming fireplace and the soft, old fashioned-looking textures give off the mood of being home.

At the outside of the building with 3 rooms on 3 floors, there are three balconies in different shapes and uses.
There is one balcony with a fantastic view, one is a rescue boat with sitting- and talking-poses and the third one is a landing dock high up in the air, for airships, for example.

Der [O.L.D.] Tower bietet eine wirkliche Rückzugmöglichkeit. Zirka 80 Meter über dem Grund trotzt der stolze Bewohner dieses Hauses dem Wellengang genauso wie den ungeliebten Versicherungsvertretern. Ein Versteck - nicht nur für Einsiedler.

Für eventuelle Besucher bietet der Tower einen Steg an seinem Fuße, gerade groß genug für ein Ruderboot, sowie einen erleuchteten Eingangsbereich mit Rettungsringen für den Ernstfall. Der Aufstieg zum Wohnbereich erfolgt über einen mechanischen Lift (Teleporter). Oben bietet sich dann Platz ohne Ende.

In 3 Räumen, verteilt über 3 Etagen, ist genug Raum für alles was man braucht. Hochwertige Texturen in fachmännischer Verwendung und ein großer Kamin sorgen für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.
Weiterhin gibt es drei Außenteile:
Ein Balkon mit einer einmaligen Aussicht, ein Rettungsboot und entsprechenden Posen zum "Ausspannen und Unterhalten" und eine Anlegestelle, an der zum Beispiel Luftschiffe festmachen können.
