Having sat down and tried to give all the best options of customisation the pouches are separate to the vest, giving you the option to change pouches with other camouflages in the collection, or your own pouches!
The pouches are rigged, so will automatically return to their position of the vest. If you wish to wear individual pouches simply rez, the pouches and unlink the collection. Then pick up each pouch individually and wear as you like!

This is an amazing flight suit. I truly recommend.
My only wish is if they could have a black version.
