To set up, just place just below the surface of your water and click for the menu, and then click start. You can adjust the depth the shark will swim to and the roam area by clicking the movement button from the touch menu. In free-swim mode, the shark will randomly dart for the surface and jump out of the water with a big splash.

Will disappear
I had this shark and loved it but was having problems getting friends to be able to ride it. I went in to adjust its settings (ride vs drive) and when I came out of the menu, it disappeared. It never showed up in lost and found and doesn't show up in my area search. It's gone. Also there is no redelivery option. It looks great when you have it - but with no redelivery you're risking it.
