- The sink rezzes water in the sink when water is turned on -

- Texture Changeable -
* Touch SINK CABINET or COUNTER TOP for texture menu to choose Cabinet, Sink or Table Top.
* 9 Cabinet textures to choose from
* 3 Table Top textures to choose from
* 3 Sink textures to choose from

- With texture access control -
Click on the cabinet to get menu and click on ACCESS.
You can set Access to 0 for everyone, 1 for authorized user on list and 2 Owner only. Just add the names of the persons you want to give access to at the notecard named :mptUsers in the Content tab of the item. Default setting is set to Owner Only.

- Low land impact -
* This means that your 15 prim kitchen set will have an equivalent of only 12 prims in your land.
* First rezz from the rezzbox will count as 15 prims but when you click FREEZE the rezzbox script will be deleted and will make the set 12 land impact.

Land impact means your set counts only as 12 prims in your land.

PERMISSIONS: Modify/NO COPY/Transfer
*Items are set Modify so you can change what you want. However, please take note that you have to set original root prims "as is" for animation engine (MLP) to work.
*MLP Notecards are Modify for you to be able to add poses should you wish to.
*Scripts and animations are No Modify/No Copy/Transfer

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
1. The whole set comes in a rezzbox. Just touch the box and click the appropriate buttons on the menu.
2. Make sure you click FREEZE from the rezzbox menu to set the scripts and animations. Wait for the script to load/set and you will get a confirmation in local chat when it is ready to use. Clicking freeze will also reduce land impact.
3. Resizing the item will adversely affect animation positions.
4. This is a NO COPY item so be sure you know what you are doing BEFORE you modify. We do not accept returns nor give refunds on modified items that you have messed up.
5. No Copy item - once opened and rezzed the packing box and rezzbox will be empty and not reuseable.
