[OP] Bubble Wrap

Hoof-held bubble wrap for the Open Pony! Comes with popping animation and sounds, both played automatically while attached!

The bubble wrap itself comes with the bubble wrap popping animation, sound, and the script that automatically plays those on attach.

NOTE: While the bubble wrap is modifiable (meaning you can resize it, recolor it, retexture it, and change the contents), the script isn't. This can make it so it will show up as no-modify in the inventory if you rez it and take it back, but regardless the mesh itself will still have modify permissions.
