[OP] OP Perlino Coat

This is a coat texture applier for the Open Pony avatar. It will not work with any other avatar. This included pegasus wing textures for pegs and alicorns. Horns might need some adjusting.

This is both a regular coat applier and a BOM layer depending on which you would rather work with.
