Are you tired of getting trees and signs returned to your lost and found folder after every sale by client returns? Well here is the solution!
Oddity Production's Parcel sweeper is a system that allows you to set up land for sale, and place beautifying and attractive objects on the land, but when the land changes ownership, the beautifying objects remove themselves automatically as soon as the parcel changes ownership, no interaction required, and no mess in your lost and found folder. This system works based on parcel ID, so nothing outside of the parcel will be removed, even if multiple parcels on the same sim are set up with {OP} Parcel Sweeper.
Here is how it works:
1) Rez the {OP} Parcel Sweeper broom anywhere in the parcel. (1 per parcel required)
2) Put the {OP} Trash script in any objects you wish to have removed when the parcel is purchased.

1 Copy only sweeping broom, the core of the system.
1 Copy only Trash script.
