[OP] Wind Spirit Coat

This is a coat for the Open Pony avatar. This comes with a regular applier apple and a BOM universal depending on which you would rather wear. This comes with wing textures as well so pegases and alicorns can wear it. Horns might need some adjusting with textures when worn with this coat.
