WHAT AM I DOING?

2023-12-28: cleaned up anims to remove lip and tongue bones that didn't need to be keyframed, tongue anims should now work!
2023-12-29: added a more subtle snout extender which isn't as long as the previous ones

i have been struggling to make a g1 style pony but THIS RIGHT HERE made my dreams come true! Works great 10/10 would pony again
