A: YOU MAY:

1. You may use my textures, templates, scripts and building aides, classes and/or supplies on an item you build that are for sale or to be given away.
Note: If using an animation, template or texture in the contents of a build, you must make them no mod, no transfer or no mod, no copy.

2. You may download the texture to your computer to use on clothing and mesh designs.

3. You may modify the texture for personal use only! Do NOT modify then try to resell, please.

4. You may report any violation of this agreement to me, Moonsugah Monday.

B: YOU MAY NOT:

1. Resell in any way. They are not to be resold whole or in part.

2. You may not give away. They are not to be given away whole or in parts.

3. You may not upload to a website, forum or any other means of electronic or print sharing.

4. You may not use to teach a class/ group/ others without prior permission. These class materials are my intellectual property. Plagiarism is not permitted here, or in Real Life.

Action WILL be taken against copyright violators. As a member of Second Life you are responsible for knowing the TOU (terms of use) you agreed to when joining. You should also be aware that SL will take action against copyright violates and RL action can also be taken against copyright violators.
