A: YOU MAY:
1. You may use my textures, templates, scripts and building aides, classes and/or supplies on an item you build that are for sale or to be given away.
Note: If using a script, animation, template or texture in the contents of a build, you must make them no mod, no transfer or no mod, no copy.
2. You may download the texture to your computer to use on clothing designs.
3. You may modify the texture for personal use only! Do NOT modify then try to resell please.
B: YOU MAY NOT:
1. Resell in any way. Whether it is a garage sale, yard sale, xstreet, "businesses in a box" or any other way you might come up with. Flat out they are not to be resold whole or in part.
2. You may not give away or make Full Perm Items to give away. Groups, freebie store, xstreet, or any other way you might come up with. Flat out they are not to be given away whole or in parts.
3. You may not use to teach a class/ group/ others without prior permission.
Action WILL be taken against copyright violators. As a member of Second Life you are responsible for knowing the TOU (terms of use) you agreed to when joining. You should also be aware that SL will take action against copyright violaters and RL action can also be taken against copyright violators.
