Lovely layout, ideal for modders.
This home is thoughtfully designed. I chose it because the flow is great - the layout is open and airy, but there are still lots of little private spaces. It's a beautiful, neutral modern home with great light.
I love to build, and for me it's really important to be able to mod a home to suit my personal needs and style. This home is ideal for that. It's entirely prim (with a few very simple sculpt shapes), so it's simple to make adjustments. The shadows in the home are really great and add a lot to the ambience, but they're applied thoughtfully and with a light hand, so it's easy to change a wall texture here or there without it looking out of place.
I suspect the house was made before prims could exceed the 10m limit, so an enterprising person could shave a few prims off by accounting for that. I personally felt the rooms were a bit large for my taste, but it was easy enough to make them about 20% smaller.
I had been living in a home by a well-known creator that cost 5x what this one does, and I can honestly say this one is better. When I get done modding it, I'm going to sink it in the ground a bit so I can have real linden water in the pool and reflections to go with it, and I know it'll be spectacular. Very nice work. I'm so happy with this home!
