~BAZAR~ Roya House is a modern beach front home with build in house and security system.

The house is designed as a perfect mixture of indoor and outdoor, with many terraces and large pool area.
It comes with "sceene rezzer", a feature which allows you to get even more space in the back of your home and with only one click it creates entire themed scene. The scenes included are Party, Romance and Awning (awning is there if you want to create your own scene).
Privacy functions as blinds, tinted windows, door locks and security track and eject functions are also included in the house control system.
The menu controls the lightning settings around the house with few different light color options.
I advise you to check the house inworld before the purchase (no refunds). You can also get a free FOOTPRINT of the house to see if it fits to your land.

Outstanding Customer Service
Late at night, I clicked on the wrong button and accidentally purchased the (unfurnished) version of the Roya House, instead of the furnished one. Just one IM to Ria, paying the difference in price, and she sent me the furnished version. Not only that.. but she sent the furniture in boxes according to room, too. Very prompt, very friendly, and extremely helpful. I also own the Arizona House. The textures on both buildings are amazing. I love the features and the attention to detail. I will definitely keep purchasing ~BAZAR~ products!
