White Beach Cottage finally grew bigger!!!

This version includes the main area from the old one (only a bit bigger) plus the living room, bedroom and bathroom area. It also has some new details and it comes with decorative landscaping items: grass, palms, rocks and wooden fence.

The house comes with complete, menu driven, multi-user house control and security system. Easy to use, only one click takes you to the menu which controls the entire house:
-Security system with eject option
-Control the time of intruder ejection
-Control the range of ejection
-Add guests and owners via chat option
-Add more than one user with full access perm.
-Control privacy settings (window blinds)
-Lock/unlock doors
-Control light settings
-Keep track of visitors when you were offline

The house has 293 prims, but I've made it modifyable, with unlinked pieces (like for example volets) which you can easily remove and reduece the number of prims.

You can modify and copy entire house and it's containing objects except the scripts(because you don't have the permission to modify the scripts the house will be shown as no modify in your inventory but you CAN modify it when you rez it). The house is not transferable.

If you buy this product please read all the instruction notices before you set your house on the land. I took a lot of time to write detailed and easy descriptions about it so that you don't have any unanswered questions. It is enough to read them once and you should figure it all out.
