This system can ferry messages between you and your friend at the simple press of multiple HUD buttons.
"But I hate letters !" Well, worry not, because the OWL comes with an extensive API that lets one use any mesh, with any combination of visual effects to suit your personal needs !
The default letter weighs only 11 LI and has a low LI variant at 1 LI that doesn't display text in world.
And while this item was intended for use with the Open Pony avatar, and default values reflect that, it is perfectly capable of being changed to deliver to any manner of creatures.
