BOM isn't grabbing.

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with my head (I'm still new to BOM) because they won't respond to customer support, or if it's a problem with this emo, but I have the tattoo applied, and it's not appearing on my head.

My body keeps flickerin or re-loading the texturs when I put it on or take it off, bt it just won't appear.
