The perfect retreat by the sea or lake!
The house is divided in three main parts, living room, bedrooms and master bedroom being all separated but connected with porches.
The doors have a menu for easy access.
Hold your mouse down on the door to get the menu.
Edit the notecard inside the door's contents to your preference.
You can manually tint the windows to make it lighter or darker.
The Build is COPY - MOD - NO TRANSFER.
Unlinking the build will increase the entire prim count. Please be careful with that.

Nice beach house with swimming pool
It fits my land perfectly with nice view to the ocean. If you love beach style you will enjoy this house.
Party at the pool
Exactly what I wanted for a pool party.
This house makes no sense
The house is all cut up, rooms are odd shaped, and VERY small. The pool is in the front of the house, there is no back door. I've bought other builds from the maker and have been very happy, but this one doesn't cut it. If you are thinking of buying it, please go see it in world just to be sure it will fit your needs.
