Our demos are phantom and can only be rezzed one time.
They are also no modify, no copy and no transfer.
The Demos are made so that you can see the home on your land or in world.
You may camera or fly around to view the home.
After rezzed, you may move the rez box to ensure that all parts are rezzed into place.

Tried purchasing and rezzing this a few times and it never arrived. Kept telling me there was a fault. Yet the Beachcomer and others rezzed. But not this or the Fedele.
