This is a basic low-land impact 4-level Sky Base with a landing pad designed to fit into a basic 32m X 32m land parcel. All levels are accessed by stairs although a teleporter kit is included.

Great value, easy to set up and mod
I wanted a space station that was decently priced and easy to mod and the Octopod fit my needs at a low price. It's spacious, easy to add your own textures and comes with a runway extension.
I had an issue which the maker responded to immediately so bonus points for customer service for the product.
