Looking for a simple standard topiary tree in a pot for your house or garden? Wanting it full perm so you can add it to your build to sell?
Here's a simple standard bush, low land impact with strong LOD models each plant joined with the pot at the 2m size is only 1 land impact. Easy to texture, just add your own texture or play with the UV for finer editing. It also has multiple faces to help with texturing.
This is sold full perm for use in your own builds. You cannot resell full perm or with both copy & transfer allowed.
