At around 12m tall these trees are only 1 land impact, and strong LOD models means it doesn't disappear at a distance. This tree uses an impostor at lower levels meaning a great looking tree with low land impact and quick rendering. All textures are included (for both summer and winter versions of the tree as well as the UV map for the impostor levels if you want to make your own.
This is sold full perm for use in your own builds. You cannot resell full perm or with both copy & transfer enabled. And please don't give this away as a freebie.
