Then the Living Small Off-Grid House and Mini-Farm would be perfect for you and your bold decision to leave it all behind.

The house and farm has what you need to survive in the wildlands of SL. Many props, activities, animations, and poses are included in the set-up.

AVsitter provides a seamless experience if you enable it on your parcel or land.

The house is furnished inside with reclaimed wood kitchen which allows you to bake bread, roll dough, fry eggs, pour coffee, sweep the rug, wash dishes and more.
The table for two lets you enjoy coffee and other drinks, eat cake, be tired at the table, and fire up your laptop using solar power.
A daybed provides flexible choices with menu singles and pg couples animations. The pillows change with a click so you can mix or match the pillow cases, and the fabric on the daybed is tintable using SL editing tools, which you can also use to tint the open/close/half open curtains allowing you to have the colors and tones that match your tastes.

The farmyard features a chicken coop with many more activities like: Blacksnake! Bigfoot! Nightwatch, Gather, Hold Hen, and much more. An animated raccoon will appear and pace back and forth after being caught in the chicken coop if you click Nightwatch in the menu.

Pick apples, hoe, weed, and water the garden are chores that can't be neglected. Hang laundry or take a shower in one of the two shower spots that are semi-private. The outhouse lets you do other business that doesn't need explaining.

An add-on fence and gate is included in case you wish to expand your little farm for breedables, crops, or pets.

Please remember that props disappear after the animation or pose is used and are not separate objects. They will rezz extra prims depending on which prop is being used.

Footprint of the build is 15 x 21 with the extra side fence adding just a bit more if you choose to use it.
