You can place this sign on the road or near the road, as long as the main prim is on your land.
The speeder receives an IM warning of 1 L$ for every mile/km/m/knot.

Menu options:

Visible in both ways.
Sign can also be used for boats (knots).
Radar range: 30m radius in all directions.
