Based on the image - Isle of the Dead by Arnold Böcklin (1827-1901), this offworld island is constructed of 14 prims and can be simply placed on your sim so that it "hangs" off the edge.
Simply drag and drop the Isle of the Dead from your inventory on to the sim. Whilst in Edit, rotate it so that the root prim is at the extreme edge of the sim with the island over the edge of the sim. (See the second image attached above).
There is an optional rocking boat with the image of the spirits crossing the river Stix (3 prims) included.
Place the boat on the sim & slide it out over the edge as if it was approaching the Isle. Click it to make it rock.
