Heavy on prims
Looks nice but at 12 prims you soon use up all your prim allowance especially if you rez a few of them (I used it in a courtroom setting and needed to rez 6). Also when seated you hover slightly above the chair...doesn't look nateral. At 29L$ it looks a bargain but the prim count was too much and in the end I dumped it and that made it expensive.
