Okiya - Modern

This is my second Okiya, much more modern than the previous one.

Size:
Grass Base: 60 x 60 (can be deleted)
Side walker: 60 x 40 (can be deleted)
Okiya footprint is 54 x 36
Characteristics:
There are 2 access, the main one and the secondary one. The secondary one is useful when official events are in progress. If a Geisha had permission to stay out and does not wish to show up, she may use the secondary access to reach her room.
As you enter using the main access, you will see the kitchen to the right and the pool (secondary access) to the left.
In front of you the living room and to the left and right you will see two stages for singers and musical instruments performers. In front of the living room, the dining room and after that a third stage for singers and dancers. Two bathrooms are located to the left and to the right of the third stage.
Back to the pool, there is an internal stair leading to the second Floor, where 6 single/double bedrooms can be found. An additional room can be used for different purposes. In addition you may see a large area for dancers training and another large dressing - makeup area and 2 bathrooms.
There is another stair taking to a Private area (Okasan private room), formed by a large bedroom and a large bathroom. In addition a private terrace can be easily furnished.
HOW TO USE IT
If your traditions are very strong and if you feel to be a real Okasan, you may use it as a real Okiya. The Okasan rooms are located by purpose to the third floor, since she will check the whole house before going to sleep.
The whole building is Full Permission. This will give you the possibility to increase the size of the third floor (If needed).
