ITEM NAME: Old Outhouse #1

DESCRIPTION: I made this Outhouse from scratch, including ALL of the textures! So this is really a unique item.

The windows can be seen through, and the door that is still on the hinges is scripted and opens/closes with sounds.

The Outhouse is copy/mod ready, and both toilets are full of high quality ... well, you know.

The textures are very high quality, and look real good up close.

This item is my remake of a real world item (pictures included)...

PERMISSIONS:
All prims/scripts are COPY ENABLED
Most prims are MOD ENABLED
No prims/scripts are Transferrable

Some prims are not MOD enabled, simply because of quality control issues of the item.

PERMISSION NOTE:
Most all of the items I have created are MOD and COPY enabled. Some older ones are not, simply because they were overlooked... All of my items are made by me, and most of the textures are original ones I created. If you want more permission than what the item you purchased came with (i.e. the textures, MOD or Transfer permissions if the item is not already MOD or trans.) simply contact me (Lunk Portal) and we can talk.

CUSTOM WORK:
I run my own OpenSim on my own server, and have the capabilities of creating custom items, from a single shed all the way up to an entire themed sim. Contact me if you need an item made.

PERMISSIONS/RESALE:
Nearly all of my items are COPY and MOD enabled. Because of people trying to resell items I have created, none are Transferable unless Copy has been disabled. If you see an item you want "full" permissions on, contact me for a quote. If you would like "Resale" permissions, contact me as well and I will send you a display that will split profit. I generally give 25%, which is higher than any other offer I've seen.

So when a $2,500 item sells, you would get $625L, simply for having my display on your property.
