Forgotten Garden: Old Potting Shed
An old potting shed, in a once lovely garden, left to gently decay.
This shed is a bit dilapidated but it still has a functioning door and a sound roof.
Two versions are included, one clad in wood, one built from brick.
The front part of the shed is softly linked to the build as it is set as phantom to allow entry to the shed. Be careful as you move or modify the shed to reattach this part - but don't link it permanently to the whole build.
Would suit a grunge, urban, hobo, ruined or post apocalyptic setting.

Beautiful
This was a perfect addition to the sim I am working on, it is not only low on land impact, it is proportionate, beautifully textured and the door actually opens and closes. OK it would be a bit tight to get inside of, but as decoration it is just perfect.
