This is a shell of a building, so no doors and no glass in the windows. Design as a bases for your own layout.
Note: I have noted that sometimes when you add scripts directly to a mesh object which is likened with other objects, the prim count will increase. So if you do add things like doors or other scripted items, best not to link it to the main building.
Also, it is not wise to unlink the build due to the way it is constructed. Unlinking could cause problems! The physical form has been added to the building manually using Second life Prims that have been turned transparent (I prefer this method as it lets me change the physical shape more easily).

3 smaller rooms on second floor with big open area.
3 rooms on the first floor. one very large and to medium.
Note: Mesh object change their prim usage when resized
