Cemetery fence and marker set Boxed

This is a cemetery fence and grave marker set.

This set contains 47 models. All models have a Land impact of 1 and when all the models in this set are linked the land impact drops to 24.

There are a variety of Grave marker models. Some of the markers have fading text with the names of horror writers and old monster movie actors, the rest have Halloween themed carvings, ghosts, skeletons, bats, etc.

There is also an assortment of broken grave markers to add additional variety to your scene.

Fence sections are made up of stone columns and walls with rusted iron fencing.

You will also receive the textures, UV templates, and AO maps in case you would like to create your own textures.

You can also apply any seamless textures you want to use on the models. The models are UV mapped in a way that allows you to texture the models using either technique. To be clear, the models are all textured as pictured but I have included these supplies in case you may like to customize the set yourself.

This fence set is packed in my EZ Rez system. Just rez the palette and click on the image of the part you need and it will rez next to the palette. This makes using this set fast and easy. No more looking through your inventory for parts with cryptic names.

There are 3 lengths of wall sections; each comes in 2 or 3 connection styles for linking the sections together without gaps or flashing of parts.

There is a corner section that comes in 3 connection types.

There are 2 gates included. They have the same basic style but are different widths and can be resized a bit more to allow for different size gate openings. I have included locking door scripts to use in these gates. They are full perm and allow the gates to be linked to the rest of the build and still function. You may also use your own door/gate scripts.

There are 5 column styles included that you may choose to mix and match into your build. I have also included additional versions of two of the column styles; they have had particle flame scripts added.
