The Old World Designs Rustic Open Stable Set includes an open style stable with plank railings, and a shingle roof. The stable has a footprint of 10 x 5 meters. The stable has a land impact of 5.

I have also included a matching fence / corral building set. You can use it to create your own custom fences and corrals around the stable and elsewhere on your property. I have also assembled a corral with double gates to get you started. The corral has a land impact of 2.

Each object in the corral / fence set has a land impact of 1 each but that is reduced when the objects are linked.

The stable can be used with or without the corral, and I have included versions of each in the box, to help get you started.
