an old fishing hut, worn from wind and weather with straw-roof and a runway that reaches out into the water - I added some tires to protect your boat from getting scratches when you com home from your tour, ropes to fasten it and even a life buoy if you or your friends accidentally fall into the water ;-)
ah - not to forget the lantern so you find home
