When I was 13 I had one of these in RL. National HRO Receiver. It was my first SW receiver and I listen to amateurs world wide. I later got my Amateur Radio ticket. Now I design digital radio systems for a living. It is proudly displayed on a shelf, also created by Denis, and looking at it gives me a great deal of enjoyment. Take it from me, it is pretty Authentic. The Detail is fantastic, even down to the coil module. My coil modules had graphs on the front to relate the vernier tuning knob to receive frequency. So you may guess I am delighted. I have a lot of Denis's stuff. Bravo
