This is a cosy traditionally textured build that fits on a 512 plot and is suitable as either a house or a shop.
There is one main room with a large stone fireplace & a smaller room at the back that has a loft room above it ideal for a bedroom or office. TP to the loft room is not included but easy enough to install.

I was really surprised; for the price I didn't have very high expectations. But this is a really precise and high-quality build. I especially like how the windows are separate pieces, rather than a printed-on alpha texture. The door seems like it may be a little too sensitive, but since it's fully Mod I expect I can fix that if I need to.
Excellent work, excellent value. I'm proud to call it my new home.
