has a web link for instructions that no longer works. Just gotta figgure it out for yourself.
Nope doesn't work for shine.
I tried to put Blaxium - Sweaty shine on and no such luck. The hud claimed to apply to the head and nothing happened. Don't buy for shine.

i bought a 900 L fat pack of eyes i was ready to delete it i spent days trying to get it to work within 5 minutes of buying this applier i have the eyes i have always wanted thank you so much for a great product
