I've been using this for quite awhile, and have been begging and pleading for them to put this on the marketplace. Basic modding skill required! Looks great with 512x512 textures (that's 1mb of vram folks!). Throw the same texture on Diffuse and Specular, move the texture around so both match at the spot you want, and have fun! Slick and shiney, or iridescent (or just flat if you don't want to use the specular layer). I've linked two pics to show it off with silly tiny panties.
