I created this device out of the needs of myself and my friends. Hopefully, it will help you manage your SL addiction as well.

How to use:
To configure the tracker, touch it to activate the menu system. From there you can:
* Define what kind of reporting the tracker will do: Whether you want a daily IM, a daily Email, a weekly email, or no reports at all.
* Set the Email address to report to. You will be prompted to say the address in the chat.
* Set the appearance of the hover text over the tracker. It can be completely hidden, show just your online presence status, or show how much time you spent online today, or in the last 7 days.

Buyer Beware, No copy no redelivery
Wore item one time and then the next time I logged in it was gone gone gone. Nothing in my inventory nothing in lost and found. This is no copy and you can not get redelivery. Total rip off
Clever little gadget!
I have no idea where my time goes when I'm in SL, but now, at least I know how much time is gone! Love that this little thing is modifiable, so it fits nicely on my bookshelf. You can also change the displays to get time spent in a day or (if you're really masochistic about your time) time spent in a week. Helps me be far more aware of my time (now if only he could make a gadget that gave me MORE time....)
Works as described, good value tool.
Would be useful to have actual dates and not just days in the reports for easier viewing and understanding. Great tool, though.
