Onsu - "Hollywood" House
The "Hollywood" is a sleek glass-clad modern home boasting 3-4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, an underground garage connected to a large finished basement, a back patio featuring a waterfall feature, a beautiful pool, a seating area, lots of extras and so much more!
Pool:
The pool can seat 6 people at a time and features 30+ lounging animations (28 Singles and 6 Couple animations), and the terrace offers plenty of space for entertaining, additional decor and outdoor furniture :).
Extras:
This house comes in two versions. A ground version and a sky version. The latter being meant for those of you who either don't feel like terraforming, don't like their surroundings or do not have access to terraforming tools.
The sky version is pre-decorated (exterior only), you can use it as is, or you can add your own landscaping. We've also made some matching palm trees, those are included too!
We've also included driveway and walkway slabs, blinds in 3 lengths, and multiple mesh pieces to facilitate terraforming around the house - more on that below ↓.
Terraforming:
This house features a sunken garage and a finished basement level. If you wish to use the ground version you will need to terraform the land around your new house. We've provided premade mesh pieces in 2 sizes meant to facilitate the process. They are fairly easy to use but If you don't like terraforming, or don't have access to terraforming tools, you will want to use the sky version included in the purchase.

To be honest, I am not happy with this house. the bathrooms are two small. My husband ended up redoing the whole house by add a wall here and there to make it home. But the House only stayed up for 3 weeks maybe.
6,300L are you kidding me and don't bother Autoing the doors. You will have to unlink the doors.... too much work for that price... and I mean every damn door.
I give it one star because the pool looked nice!!!
Hmms...
I will start my review saying that customizing the house is not really an option if we talk about texturing as some of the maps are so weirdly made that it is impossible to add your own textures in order to match your taste. Why would you want to replace textures? you wonder... Easy, first of all, to make the house yours, and second, the house feels somehow flat as it doesn't have materials on anything else than water (could have materials on gravel, metal parts, glass and garage door too) Third, the textures on the glass are hideous! (I ended up replacing them with the white texture from SL and adding transparency, tint and specular, trust me, looks a lot better)
The house doesn't live up to ultra graphics by itself as it has no actual light sources or projectors and in case you want to replace the faux lamps it has on the ceiling... You will find it is an impossible thing; As in some areas the mesh above them has holes where the lamps are meant to be.
Something I found hilarious is that as much as the house is over 6K L's, it is not worth enough to have a rezzer for the ground and skybox version, so you will have to work if you want to make it look as it is set in the showroom, not even talking about more complex features as previous buyers did on their reviews as they are nil.
I give it three stars because I liked the layout, but all in all, it is a mediocre product.
