Onsu ~ "Palo Alto" House ~ Elegant

The "Palo Alto" is a Luxurious Transitional Style Home, perfectly blending traditional with the contemporary. The sleek exterior features vertical siding mixed with stone cladding as well as worn wood details making it a highly versatile piece of architecture.
From woodsy farmlands, to the suburbs of a glamorous, cosmopolitan city, this home is sure to fit right in anywhere you'd like to live.
- The home has 3/4 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom (The bathroom is optional and can be turned into the 4th bedroom)
- The Layout consists of a spacious Living Room, a kitchen with an attached dining room, 2 regular bedrooms (1 Downstairs, 1 Upstairs) a Master Bedroom with an optional Bathroom or Closet area, and 1 Optional Bathroom which could be turned into an additional bedroom.
- The Sliding doors in the living room retreat into a pocket in the wall, offering unobstructed views of the exterior, front and back for an indoor-outdoor living experience.
- The Pool (Materials Enabled) is optional. To correctly place the pool on terraformable land, you will have to create a hole in the ground. This will require some basic terraforming skills, but is otherwise pretty straightforward (I recommend using the "Select Land Tool" for a clean result)!
-The Pool should also work with Windlight water, if you remove the water prim that comes with it, and your region's water height roughly matches the height your house is placed at.
- The Garden walls (Front and Back) are optional and easily removable.
As always, the house comes with an Interior Details HUD which includes 5 floor colors + an optional no bathroom version of the floors, as well as 5 ceiling beam colors.
Full and half texture resolution versions are included with the 2 Structures, with the latter being designed to prevent lag and/or texture thrashing on lower spec systems.

Everything is so connected you can't modify it at all. No ability to remove walls without leaving gaping holes that are impossible to fill on the interior as well as exterior as they are all interconnecting. Doors that should open are built out of one prim that doesn't. I thought they were just locked or broken on the demo but nope. Said lower level only which I thought would mean I could delete the unnecessary garage and the room over it would exist but nope. The bathroom can not be modded at all. Molding is all attached so impossible to remodel. Textures are alright but if I can't easily mod how I wanted by deleting extra rooms without deleting half the house in a way that can not be fixed nor covered up or texture the way I desire without all the faces being completely destroyed then this is worthless to me. Definitely not worth the huge amount of L they charge for it and they make it seem more versatile than it is. Disappointed as I liked the open floor plan very much.
question ?
is there any way of changing the inside wall colours ? everything is so beautiful about this house but its kinda annoying that you can only change the floor colour ...
