The Neutral color pack comes with a texture change HUD containing 10 display colors.
Included is a Delete All Scripts HUD - This HUD will delete all texture change related scripts from your purchase.
I recommend using this HUD when you have settled on a color scheme for your purchase.
Deleting scripts will usually result in the object having a lower Land Impact.

Nice display units
Worked well for my store. 4 sizes will fit mix and match in just about any store area. The only gotcha is the bounding box slopes up from the base, so don't put the too close to a door or you might find yourself climbing up the front of it accidentally.
