Open Floorplan House

i do love open floorplans, they're so versatile! the rooms are so much bigger and so easily used for more than one purpose.
this house has a master bedroom and a kitchen/family room both opening out to the covered patio. a lovely fireplace in the family room, and nice parlor room and hall.
and there are options for that open central area!

click on the lightswitch and choose a 4 way fireplace, an atrium, or an aquarium. i'm sure you'll agree this is the modern way to customize your home.

35m x 30m footprint - house is only 12 LI
the standard fireplace/chimney with firescreens is 7 LI

copy/mod (multiple texture faces) (not the fireplace script, although you can choose how it works in your home). comes in a rezzer, si tiy cab always recover the original.

included in the box are a pair of teleport pads:
place the pads where you want them, rename them if you wish, retexture, etc...
stand where you want to land and enter YOUR location into line 3 of the script in the pad you want to send you there...
